Multi-venue management from one dashboard
When you operate more than one venue, operational complexity grows. Different venues have their own products, resources, opening hours, and customer bases. But management needs the full picture — without logging into each venue separately.
Sessiq is built for multi-venue operations. One system where every venue operates independently, but the big picture is always within reach.
One system, multiple venues
In Sessiq, an organisation is one tenant with one or more sites underneath. Each site is an independent unit:
- Own products and pricing. Different venues can have different activities, variants, and prices.
- Own resources. Rooms, equipment, and staff are venue-specific. Resource conflicts are checked within the venue.
- Own opening hours and time zone. Each venue can run on its own schedule.
- Own availability view. Customers see the real-time availability of their chosen venue.
This means each venue can be configured to match its own needs — without one venue’s settings affecting another.
The customer view
For the customer, a multi-venue organisation is straightforward:
- Venue selection. The customer picks their preferred venue.
- Product catalogue. The view shows that venue’s products and availability.
- Booking and payment. The booking process is identical regardless of venue.
Customers don’t see other venues’ data. The experience is clear and focused.
The admin dashboard: the full picture
In the admin dashboard, the view is wider. Organisation administrators see:
- Bookings across all venues — total booking count, confirmed, cancelled, no-show
- Revenue by venue — how different venues are performing
- Capacity utilisation — which venues are at capacity, which are underused
- Product popularity — which activities sell at which venue
This data is generated automatically from bookings. No separate reporting project needed.
Resource management by venue
Resources — rooms, equipment, staff — are venue-specific. This is essential because:
- A room or course at one venue isn’t available at another
- Staff resources are tied to physical location
- Resource conflicts are checked within the venue
When a product is linked to resources, Sessiq automatically checks resource availability for every time slot. If a room is booked for another activity, the slot doesn’t show as available.
This means that in a multi-venue organisation, resource management is systematic — not personal knowledge of which room is free when.
Practical benefits
Scalability. Adding a new venue means creating a new site in the system. Configure products, resources, and opening hours — and the venue is ready to take bookings. No separate system needed.
Comparability. When all venues use the same system, data is directly comparable. Revenue, utilisation, and customer behaviour can be compared across venues.
Consistent customer experience. Customers get the same booking and payment experience regardless of which venue they choose. The brand experience is uniform.
Centralised reporting. Management’s overview doesn’t require gathering information from multiple systems. All data is in one place, in real time.
Who multi-venue support matters to
- Chains and franchise organisations — multiple venues, consistent brand
- Operators with different concepts at different locations — different products per venue, but shared management
- Growing organisations — from one venue to three without changing systems
